Welcome to Anchor Estate Logistics. By accessing our website, purchasing our standalone Estate Assessment Reports, or retaining our Project Management services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms:

  • Proprietary Vendor Network: Any curated contractor list, pricing structures, or specific service recommendations provided within our standalone Estate Assessment Reports are the proprietary intellectual property of [Your Company Name]. These lists are provided solely for the internal administration of the purchasing client's estate and may not be copied, distributed, shared online, or resold to third parties.
  • Limitation of Liability: While we supervise on-site logistical schedules, [Your Company Name] is an administrative coordinator. We are not legally or financially liable for workmanship defects, project delays, scheduling conflicts, or property damage caused by independent third-party contractors.
  • Travel and Tier Adjustments: All users acknowledge that properties falling outside our defined Core Service Area (Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, Bonita Springs) are subject to a mandatory $75.00 travel surcharge per visit. Properties exceeding 2,500 square feet or presenting hazardous hoarding/debris conditions will automatically be billed under our Premium or Custom pricing tiers.
